Supercare has horrible service. Can't get through to them in the phone and they are so rude. My doctor told me that he was switching me to sc and when I called them after waiting 2 weeks for a call they said they didn't even want me for a patient

I could understand if it were an isolated incident. But I have had difficulty with their service for a few yyears now. If you listen to the propaganda while you find yourself on hold that you don't have a care in the world, they take care of everything. They get the authorization, and ship it out promptly. Both of which are balled face lies. I get my respiratory needs thur them. I have severe asthma and sleep apnea. They are nothing but rude when they interact with me. I have to say, Super Care is the most professional company i have had the pleasure of doing business with in all my years in the medical field. The owners micheline, and gabe cassar, are so well informed and educated in the bsiness of running a company that other companies in the same field could certainly learn from. customer services is the worst. can't get a straight answer from anyone. All they keeped doing is placing me on hold, and transfering me to diffrent people... i don't recommend this place.. the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
