DO NOT GO HERE!!! When I got home I realized that they overcharged me. In addition they did an AWFUL job cleaning out my car. They were very busy, I guess they really didn't care. I spoke to the manager and told him that they need to make the customers happy. I showed him the obvious dirt that was still in the car. If I could give Zero stars, that's what they would get from me.

having surgery tomorrow so I came here to get my oil changed and car washed before I am unable to drive for 2 months. Got my oil changed paid 41$ for it and for the car wash that comes with it. Then drove to the other side of the building for car wash, I pulled up at 259pm and got turned away, bc they apparently close at 3pm...which makes no sence bc I'm staring at the sign that says full service till 6pm, exterior only 6pm-10pm. Oil change prices have been jack up too high. I wemt for GM bottle oil that I always get and I ended up been charge with synthetic one

This plane has become very expensive I pay at the dealer $42.98 to change the oil with the free car wash here they charged me $61 for the same service I suggested people to check with the dealer see if it is cheaper than here or other place it might be cheaper than here this is getting very expensive here last time I'm bringing my car here
got an oil change and car started smoking not 2 blocks away. turns out they left the oil cap off (on my engine to be specific) and top of that they overfilled the oil!! and when confronted about it they denied any wrongdoing. said the car must've had "issues" before it came in. worst case of customer service I've ever encountered in my life.
This carwash provides great service, except having to wait to be taken care of by one particular cashier who sits there, ignoring customers while watching videos on her phone, its a one man show when there are two cashiers because she always does nothing when I am there, i feel sorry for the other girls esp when its busy, is there a manager present on site? if this helps ......Joanna was the name at the bottom of my receipt.
