I would like to thank the crew at the Broadway and Pawnee Super Car Guy's for an excellent experience when buying a new (to us) used car.I particularly want to commend Max the salesman and Matt the paper wrangling finance guy for exerting 110% effort to get us a vehicle that met our needs at a price we could afford, there were others in the crew doing so much to make it a great transaction. Don't! They can't tell you the price or deposit of anything. They keep your license. They are shady! Don't! My drivers license was copied and left out on the destination in the lobby for all to see. Move a paper or not. How dare you leave that out! Then you couldn't find it. They should honestly be investigated or Inspected. Im definitely calling better BBB. Why dont you fill this out. Why? We just need you too. You all are horrible people!
I had applied for a car two times with two different cosigners. I was told the first time the first one would work, but they need money down before they could run my credit. I asked how much and they said they were unsure. I came in a week later and offered money down and asked to know a particular amount with my new cosigner. 5 hours later nothing happened and they promised they would call by nine pm Saturday night. I sent a text before they closed and no response. Then come to find out they are closed for the next two days... read more
