Was told for 2 weeks we were approved for $0 down. We spend a total of 6 hours in this place with our crying baby and 5 year old, just to be told last minute we need $500 for a down payment. And then the manager wants to say he “can just do nothing”. Then wanted to offer a different vehicle that we hadn’t seen before. Most of the time we spent there was wasted by the guy bullshitting on the phone and with coworkers. Very unprofessional.
Car fastest 2 months before needing motor
They did not give me the discounts they said they would or the check we signed off on to get me a check to fix the broken tail light at purchase. Every time I called to asked they said they were working on it. Then it took so long that the manger himself said he would do it and give me a call back. Still never did. This is almost illegal at this point since it was signed off that they would and honestly not ok. Do NOT go here.
