Sat for two hours without seeing a car or getting a quote on our trade in, before getting fed up and leaving. Manager was not helpful. Go to Eddys instead.
They have NO honor They made an offer and then rescinded the offer and charged a higher amount because the Store Manager didn't think the car we were trading in was worth the amount we were offered for it. HE SIGNED OFF ON THAT OFFER then backed out. Even if you make a mistake, be man enough to honor it. You want to change the price by over 4k doesn't make you better, it makes you suck. A man is only as good as their word and your word is garbage Ryan. You have NO honor.
