SCAMMERS. I needed a newer model oven repaired. After 9 MONTHS, and OVER TWO GRAND paid upfront, they could not figure out that the issue was a simple switch. They did not answer calls, nor return them. Nor did they offer to refund any of the money since they could not rub two brain cells together to find the issue. Obviously I finally went elsewhere and the switch was easily discovered and replaced at a MUCH lower cost. Don't ever use these scammers.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Service guy came to look at fridge and didnt even pull it out to check it over! Immediately "knew" what the problem was and said we needed a part and the whole total was almost $500!!!! He wasnt here for 3 minutes! Charged credit card and left! 3 weeks later had still not returned our calls or put part on! Luckily we fixed the fridge ourselves!!!!! Ask for Orlando! He gave us a great deal on a dishwasher. We will be back when we are needing a new stove. They offer great selections on appliances.
