Took 2 weeks to diagnose, not very good customer service
Got parts
Called Super Appliance on 5/29/25 to repair a leak on a refrigerator for my elderly mother, who like most elderly folks do, lives on a very tight budget. Blake, a technician with the company came out and informed us the in line filter was leaking and needed to be replaced. He would order the part and return as soon as the part came in. I had a very disappointing experience with Super Appliance. I called them on April 24 to repair my dryer, as I already knew the heating element was out and simply needed it replaced. Two technicians came out, turned the dryer on briefly, and confirmed what I had already diagnosed within about a minute. They then quoted me $622 for the repair, with no itemized breakdown—just a single total charge listed on the paperwork.
