Just called minutes ago to inquire information about the car that they were selling. The guy named Lou said it is fine to ask questions about the car, like he doesn't have any reason to shy away. So I only got to 2 questions. First of my question was "Has it been maintained properly?" And he said, "I don't know, we buy cars from the auction, whatever the Carfax shows, that's all we know." Bought this car. Eduardo was great with me and I felt very comfortable talking with him.
The agent contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my interest form, and he was very courteous. Upon agreeing for a test drive appointment, I was amazed by the warmth and welcoming spirit of everyone at the dealer. They were super friendly and incredibly nice, and I could ask any questions about the car. The price is negotiable, and they are very open about it. Receptionist acted like a gate keeper and did not want to put me through to the salesman who replied to the email. Salesman could not answer basic questions about the vehicle.
Low pressure, very nice guy. Just decided to go with another car
