Horrible experience! Room smelled like smoke even though it says no smoking facility! Owner doesn't know how to run a business or how to handle any complaints. Credit card was charged way before we arrived and was told the system automatically charges it even though online doesn't state that , and again owner said he charges the credit cards because it was a full house and a lot of credit cards on file were declined. My mom checked in the next day and at checkout found a homemade pipe and the owner accused her of putting it ... read more
Room were dirty...my mom came in from Houston. And her room was dirty bottles left open. Never staying there
I liked the hotel itself overall but the two front desk people, Ricki and some older morning guy, were rude and not helpful. Was told lobby opened at 0600 for breakfast, nope 0730 and breakfast over at 0900 so a lot of people all there at same time trying to eat.
