My husband and I were there on 10/8- 10/10 and our room summary came to $182.98 + $25 tax which came to a total of $207.98. My card was charged $311.97 which is about $104 overcharged ( yes I do have the receipt and we were in room 302). My husband and I were there because he had to have TWO surgeries in a day and I even took a pic of the blanket with the weird white stain on it and didn't complain, simply pulled the blanket off, there was hair on the toilet and I still did not complain I cleaned it myself. I pulled the bedspread back and on the white sheets had a very large semen stain on it. They finally brought the sheets in and told me to change them.

I will never stay here again. I will sleep in my car before I ever think about giving these bastards my money. next time you decide to tell us/ harass us over the phone that we have to stay in our own rooms specify that from the beginning so we can find else where to stay. especially when we all had rooms there. DO NOT STAY HERE IF THERE IS A SHOW @ THE SALTAIR. I feel all the ppl from the airport stay here and are very good at "complaining"

Was told that my card was declined and had to drive an additional 12 hours. When I called my bank they verified the hotel did charge me. The cashier either lied or is incompetent.
