I stayed 4 nights. One night and one morning I had no hot water. Staff was not concerned nor helpful. The cleanliness was definitely below average. Will not stay there again even though I travel quite often.
Advertised as pet friendly. Being required to stay in a smoker room is not pet or people friendly. Will be looking for another hotel chain for future travel.
