This hotel is trash i was supposed to check in at 8am I didnt get checked in until almost 10am the reservations center kept hanging up on me when I called to complain upper management as well as the manager Shanika was supposed to call me back and never did not to mention all of the drug addicts that are running around its was a terrible experience and I will never be back
Not a nice place to stay at all. Old, broken, minimally maintained motel rooms and bathrooms. Doors don’t fit, faucets do not shut fully off, sinks drain slowly. Very few rooms have a fridge or microwave — you must beg for them and then provide a good reason. Pompous, uncaring personnel from the front clerk to the rude maids who demand that you take your own trash down when you try to set it out for them. Try the nearby far nicer Crystal Inn Motel instead.
