i used to work here for years when the whole place was colonial inn.. im not going to say anything bad cause the indians might try and sue me...but if you want to know about the front..go look at a room in the back and remember its the same people...they can change the name all they want and pretty it up...but you k ow what they say about putting makeup on a pig...its still a pig.
I was significantly overcharged. Here we are 4 days later and I have yet to get a return phone call from a manager or owner to resolve the issue. This is the second time in 6 months that I have been overcharged. My family has been staying here for years up until now. We will certainly choose another hotel in the future and encourage everyone else to do the same.
