Used reward points and got to the hotel were there is a sign stating closed due to medical. They need to say something online so no one tries to book here again. Terrible!

Hotel was closed due to medical issues according to sign in the window.
Room was ok, nothing special. But very frustrating to not be greeted by a front desk person. Waited about 10 minutes,finally I went into the rooms area and called " anyone here"...finally someone came. I called 3 times to the front desk in the am, needing a later ck out...(rules stated if u didn't get permission, you'd be charged an extra day) finally at a minute before 11:00, I went down to the front desk and there actually was a person sitting there! Always good service. Always friendly. Very respectful, ALL of the staff but special thanks to Jennifer and Sandra for really being patient with me and helping me through “credit card” issues. Lovely staff from assistant gm Mercedes down!
