Very kind – I checked in last night. Your front desk associate was so pleasant and polite. My best friend of 42 years died 10 minutes before I got to the hospital. I want to thank your front desk for beings so considerate and kind to me. You don't find many empathetic people anymore.
Good for the price! – Bed was comfortable, AC worked good, and everything was clean. Pool was decent. I chose this hotel because it was one of the cheapest hotels I could find in the area. I would stay here again if returning to the area and looking to save money again.
Nice and professional – Some good points definitely worth mentioning is that the a/c in the room worked very well and there was a fridge and micro in the room. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was really very nice and professional. I had no bad experience with the people, they were great.
Stayed at this hotel with family for a funeral. Rooms were spacious and clean. New carpeting, new sheets. Even had 4 pillows on each bed. Beds were very comfortable. Very friendly staff. The hotel offered free breakfast but we didn't eat there so can't comment on it. Great location along I-35 on the frontage road. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.
Easy Access – Obvious renovation taking place, but was clean. Wasn't asked at check-in smoking room preference. Easy access, no problem getting late check-out.
Hotel was nice! – We stayed December 7, 2007. The hotel was nice. The room was basic, updated and clean. Breakfast was good. The service was fine. Staff was professional. The hotel is fairly close to shopping and easy to get to. I would stay there again.
Comfortable and quiet – The hotel is big from outside, the lobby and halls are older but the rooms were clean comfortable and quiet. The staff was excellent accommodating ready to help with anything. Nice breakfast with waffles and other things! Will stay again if we are ever in the area!
