The scammed me out of my money and won’t give it back
Havent had an issue until it was time to extend my stay for another week. I looked over the fact that house keeping had yet to come to my room the entire stay. How is it that I booked a non smoking hotel and yet it smells like weed and cigarettes all throughout the day. When asked what to do with the smell the manager of the hotel told me to put a towel under the door. I use incense and candles to mask the smell on the room Im staying in and was told that I would have to pay a smoking fee. So its ok to smoke weed and cigaret... read more
Roaches in the 1st room . Pubic hair and urine and roaches in 2nd room. About a week or so after we left numerous messages for the manager through the front desk clerk the manager relays there will be a 1 night refund. Told her still wanted to talk with the manager 3 or 4 days later the manager answers the phone and starts yelling at me then cusses me out and says the only thing your getting is what we gave you i said you haven't given me anything she says it takes 3 to 5 ******* days to get a refund ****** ******then hangs ... read more

This guest was here, complaint to the frontdesk the 1st night he was here. The frontdesk moved his room and we didn;t hear from again until after his 3 days was up and he had checkout. He calls the front desk, leaves a message while I'm off. Then his girlfriend calls and was very rude with as well as threatening to the desk clerk. I called his phone and got a voice mail. Have stayed here numerous times, had no problems parking my scooter, in designated space was never charged. This time around, on the 3rd day of 4- they decided to slap me with a $29 fee for parking- far away from lobby area- where it could easily get stolen. The employees are rude and discourteous and not empowered to do anything, like a bunch of emotionless robots. Front desk person at check in was quite rude. Hotel website advertised having HBO and there was no HBO. Advertised having complimentary Breakfast. No Breakfast next morning just bad coffee. All tables and chairs in what looked like a breakfast room were stack up on top of each other. Toilet ran. Handle to toilet did not work so i had to take off tank lid to pull on chain to flush toilet. Coat rack rusty. the U shaped door lock mechanism was unscrewed one screw and barely on the door jam. This guest is not being accurate with her complaint. Our website does NOT state that we have breakfast. Matter of fact we haven't served breakfast since 2020. Wydnham does not require we serve breakfast anymore as long as we keep our prices competitive. She did not have to pull a chain to flush a toilet. We have maintenance 24hrs as well as front desk staff and security. Doors are locked and there are postings that's states these door must stay lock/closed. I booked a room here and upon arriving they did not have the room I paid for. They did not offer any compensation and I have been trying to email and speak with the manager in which he has not returned or acknowledged any of my emails.
They have underage children working the front desk and taking people credit card information. I was charged twice for a room that I booked online and when I asked they said it was a deposit that they were holding. I was never informed of a deposit or the amount or extra charges when I checked in. They lied repeatedly and told me it was my bank or Priceline that charged it. I'm sorry but when you have 14 year old underage child working the front desk.....messing with customer's accounts and credit card information you deserve... read more
