Gave my dog fleas, multiple reports of blood, old food, trash, old clothes, unwashed bedding, and general nastiness at this location. staff was rude and ended up double charging me after telling me i was getting a refund due to the fact i left within ten minutes after their fleas infested my poor dog. staff didn't respond to their bell in a timely manner and were observed wiping themselves with hotel towels. Re: Super 8, Hayes Rd, Madison Wi. Dirty & Expensive. Stayed, 4/21/18, Rm 221, Dirty. This was our second room, 1st 1 someone SMOKED recently in it so, they gave us another 1. Staff not real friendly. Our second room was dirty. Bathroom had pubic hair in sink, hair & dust in corners in bathroom & hair & dust in corners in bedroom. Tables had a goey substance on them [I washed them off]. Coverlet on bed had some unknown spots on it. Tub was dirty.
