This hotel and the owner are completely disgusting. The owner got into a screaming match with me today because I wanted to sit and work in a public area of their Motel before check-in time. He refused to let me sit there and wanted me to sit someplace else which I explained to him I could not do because of the nature of what I do for work. I have spent thousands of dollars staying at this dump because it is the cheapest place in the area and at this time that's what I need because I stay at hotels regularly. I had booked to stay here for 2 nights (6/20-6/22). I checked in, had to pay $50 deposit and received room key. I went to my room sat things down. I went to look at bathroom and automatically it was a H___ no. The bathroom floor was dirty, bath towels hanging above toilet were filthy, bath towel hanging over bathtub was wet, toliet seat was up with p*** skid marks at bottom. I grabbed my things and left. DO NOT STAY HERE! WE WENT DOWN YESTERDAY TO PAY ANOTHER NIGHT. THEY "REFUNDED'" A NIGHT, CHARGED ANOTHER NIGHT THEN KICKED US OUT! THE MANAGER SAID A DISCOUNT OF $99, WHICH IS MORE THAN WE PAID! Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights under 3 different names with a book now pay later promise through **********. They were fantastic to work with and are still waiting for a reply from the hotel 2 weeks later. Was charged 5 days ahead of time for the whole stay for 2 of 3 rooms on my card that was for the room hold. I made a reservation for the April 8, 2024 eclipse but they cancelled it weeks before the event. The hotel called me and left a voicemail saying they had to cancel my reservation because they didnt have any two queen *** rooms available because of construction in the hotel. I called back and said I would take any room and she said I could switch to a king *** room but I would have to do that online. There was no water running and also noise from construction every day while there
Staff was unhelpful. Told me that I could book a room for my teenager traveling and caught in icy conditions. I literally called and talked to them about this policy prior to booking and was ******* clear of his age and situation. Was told if I book online and pay online it wouldn't be an issue. After booking they refused to let him check in without an "adult" and acted completely unaware of the fact that they knew this was happening. It was a great start with a horrible finish and the customer service was OK but after a while everything went straight to a nightmare with ***** infested rooms, no files of transactions, labeled a trespassing and police ****** off the premises. The worst business experience ever.
