Loved everything about it. Breakfast was great! Never saw veggie sausage at a hotel breakfast and it was yum! They had alot to chose from. Room were clean smelled fresh. Beds very comfortable!!! Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. Great front desk service, nice and comfortable rooms, breakfast was a plus with great selection, indoor pool was a blasts for the kids and open from 6am to 11pm. Best thing of all its within minutes if splash town, our weekend getaway and great restaurants all around.

I can truly say we had an excellent stay at this location of Fairfield Inn & Suites, the customer service was excellent from the day shift, she was crazy nice and pleasant. And the breakfast bar was great,the whole staff was very pleasant and professional and the room was extremely clean, will definitely be using this hotel again and every where else. Thank you

Overall the Hotel is Good but the AC in my room wasn't Cooling to the Proper Temperature and with HOUSTON's weather a Cold AC is a MUST!!! Hotel Manage Arthur was Awesome as he came up to check out my problem & the young lady at the front desk Jessica was really sweet....I'll will be BACK again!

I would give this hotel is 5 but thanks to Lidia or whatever her name is, I'm giving the hotel a 3. The room was great but customer service lacked.. When I checked in, nobody was at the front desk and I had to wait 5 mins before I received service.. Lidia told me I couldn't pay cash, only credit card but at the time of check out I could pay cash.
