Had a reservation via booking.com and when I arrived there were cops everywhere. The lobby was locked and full of people. No one let me in even after I rang the bell on the wall. I didn’t feel comfortable and requested a refund and the staff at the hotel called me back with the nastiest attitude. Completely unprofessional and lack customer service training. Nice pool
The girl at the reception was incredibly kind. She helped me with rescheduling my reservation and also held my car in the parking lot until I arrived. I am very grateful.
