Room was clean and staff was very nice. Great rate!!!! Close to all attractions. Once I arrived, I didn't get back in the car til I checked out and I was there 4 days. If you don't like to walk, the trolly comes right by the Super 8 and for 50 cents you can ride almost anywhere in Gatlinburg up until midnight. Will stay there again!!!

The continental breakfast was great for us the kids in our party aren't big breakfast eaters so we didn't have to waste money on a big breakfast.the rooms were clean and front desk was friendly.the only thing that was irritating in our room (229) was the windows up above that let light in.great rooms for kids that need night lights

Was in a convenient location to walking distance to main street Gatlingburg. Friendly service and clean rooms. Would recommend to others. Staff was helpful. Was upgrading property outside while there. Thank you what else do you want me to say covered everything.

This was a great place to stay. The property was nice, and they are doing work to make it even better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. Their breakfast was great and they made sure to keep everything stocked. The kids loved playing in the pool. It was an all around great stay and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay here again.

We have been here for almost a week and have had no problems!!! The staff has been friendly our room was perfect!! Our room was also cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels each day. Its close to downtown and the pool is great for kids. The breakfast was good and anytime they were out of anything I would tell them and theyd get it restocked immediately. We really enjoyed our stay!! Thank yall for making our stay so enjoyable!! My family and I will be back the kids loved it!!!

Stayed at this hotel the night before hiking up LeConte in the mountains the next day. The hotel made sure all of our rooms (4) were next to each other. The hotel is in a good location just a few blocks off the main drag. It is close enough to walk to everything but far enough away that it is not loud at night. Each of our rooms had 2 queen beds. I didnt have much money to spend but didnt want to stay at a "cheap" hotel. This one was recommended to me by a friend and i must say the service here was awesome ! I stayed in a very clean room that even smelled clean. I would recommend anyone to visit them if your looking for respectable service in a clean enviorment for a really good price. Well maintained Hotel and grounds and very courteous staff. Thanks for making my vacation Memorable !

This hotel has been extensively renovated and the work continues. Even the gardens look great. The staff were very obliging, the room was comfortable - new mattress and tub and on the ground floor we enjoying having lunch on the patio out front. The fridge and microwave made it easy to eat economically and we were only a short walk to the Convention Centre. THANKS
