We stopped in last minute and were able to snag the last available room in the middle of the night after a long, long leg of a cross country move with two cats. Michelle and Beth were the folks that helped us over the phone and in person. Their customer service is excellent and they were both so lovely and kind! They were very patient with us and made check in fast and easy, which is really saying something because they had been working so hard to get rooms open and available after all the flooding. One of the most awful hotels I've ever been to. The check in lady was rude and you can tell she didnt wanna be there at all, the shower head broke off, and the walls are paper-thin i couldn't fall asleep without hearing someone upstairs. Spent 500 dollars for four-five nights. Never staying again.

I was in Zanesville on a business trip. I looked online and saw that this place had good budget prices. ($45 to $65 a night) I booked a basic single bed room at the front desk for two nights. The lady didn't mention the rate to me. Turns out I was charged $136 per night. Trust me, this place is not nice enough to be charging that kind of money. It was loud night and day, the lamp didnt work, the remote control had dead batteries.. Definitely book beforehand or you will get price gouged.

Bit by bed bugs during stay and was told after inspection no bed bugs..Staff at check in unfriendly low key rude.
