I loved staying at this hotel. Very good service. Amazing breakfast!! I would come here again when I’m back in ohio anytime!! Amazing customer service!! Lady at the front was so so so nice and sweet!!!! <3
The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Maybe spoke 2 words to us the whole interaction. She didn’t ask what kind of room we wanted and just booked us. Didn’t inform us how much it was going to cost. Got to our room, and immediately was hit with a stale cigarette smell, also mixed with urine and body odor. Proceeded to plug our phone charger into an outlet, the bench next to the desk was the closest outlet, had to pull it out a little bit to fit the charger and there was crumbs all behind the bench. my bed had a dirty blanket on it and when I got under the covers, there was dirt all over the sheets. the water pressure in the sink will take your skin off, but the shower literally had ZERO water pressure. It was like taking a shower when it’s sprinkling outside. I didn’t even feel clean after. Although it was only 80 a night, so beggars can’t be choosers. the room has a fridge and a microwave which is nice
