Bed bugs. No heat no tv. Very smelly
My stay at Ramada by Wyndham York Harrisburg was utterly disappointing, with a dirty room, unresponsive staff, and a complete lack of basic amenities. Upon arrival, the room had visible stains on the bedding, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the air conditioning unit barely functioned. Despite repeated attempts to contact the front desk, requests for fresh towels and basic maintenance were ignored.
Came to PA to support a friend going to a wedding. The friends father booked us a room for the two days we were here. First night we got in at like 1-2am and the receptionist was refusing to even let us up because we weren’t the people who booked the room. (Are you saying if I book a room for me and my family they can’t get in the room without me there even with a key?!). This place is terrible. Let start by I arrived at 10:30pm after Refing 12 AAU Basketball games in the area. So I am tired and want to take a shower and lay down. Get checked in and go to my room. Get in the room turn on shower, water barely comes out of the shower head. So I can’t take a shower, but anyway the shower stall is filthy. Looked like they spilled sealant all over the shower. So I go to the sink and turn on the water, there isn’t any hot water and I had 1 bath towel! I call the desk and I am told there aren’t any ... read more
