The staff were great. I locked myself out of my room several times and it was never an issue. Lol. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was on all day long. The room itself was adequate.
I asked for a room on the back (non street) side snd was assured my room was on the back side. The room was on the front side and upon asking the clerk, his response was 'oh my bad', yes it is on the hwy side. He was very unconcerned about his lack of knowledge. The room was tired and didn't appear to have been updated in years.
Terrible. They offer a place with a barbecue grill, but the grill doesn't work. It's all abandoned, old, and has no gas. It was impossible to have a barbecue and eat something on the patio. We asked the people who serve in the lobby, and they didn't know what to do. Terrible service.
