Absolutely horrible experience. When we got there we paid for a room for a 2 day stay. After paying for the room they said they needed to put a hold on our card. The hold would not go through on our card and they physically could not refund the money at the hotel. Said we'd have to call the booking agency to get a refund and when we got in touch with the booking agency they said it'd take up to 30 days to get our money back. We are a budgeting family due to having 3 children who wrestle. We have stayed at many hotels even th... read more

Clean, Affordable, & perfectly located to Amenities. Close to all of the local attractions. Just a Hop & a Skip to the Palace of Gold. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect place to catch some Zzzzzs in Wheeling!
Pretty quiet... More than most hotels and motels in this local area and was cleaner than the others
