We booked a non smoking room But we had to change room because of the smoke smell And the hallway and everywhere it smells very bad No room cleaning And breakfast we only have bread and it was stated continental breakfast Totally very very bad experience
Boy am I glad I didn’t listen to the terrible reviews ppl leave .. amazing stay clean room clean bed amazing nice gentlemen in the office who super polite and friendly upon check in .. will stay again!
Room and service was great , but didn't get much sleep. I think the cops were questioning the woman in the next room. She kept saying YES YESYES!
Fees where fine, but light didnt work, cable was out, neighbors were loud, but ok in cleanliness
Tried getting two nights here just to have the guy at front desk literally try to steal $129.58 from me and refused to refund my money. I was forced to call the police on him. DO NOT GO HERE! SAINT CLAIRSVILLE HAS BETTER HOTELS THAT DON'T STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS ONE DOES PLUS SAINT CLAIRSVILLE HOTELS HAVE BETTER BREAKFAST! THIS PLACE SUCKS AND IS RUN BY CON ARTISTS
