Absolutely horrendous treatment from staff. One of the maids used profanity towards me in front of the owner and he shrugged it off! I told him if he didn't rectify it I would report them to the Indiana General Attorneys Office for Consumer Protection. He reluctantly made her apologize, but they should still be reported. On top of all of that, the pillows suck. They're lumps of old hard stuffing inside a pillowcase. Also, don't count on breakfast being included as it states in the booking apps. Very very run down. Lots of cracked tiles on the floors, tripping hazard. Like all Super 8 hotels it needs updating. Room was not very clean, crumbs on the floor. Not sure why there was a penny placed on each bed. Ask for a room in the 1st floor due to no elevator and the guy at the front desk, was like you don't look disabled - very rude. Thankfully we only had to stay for one night, definitely will not stop here again.
It was nice
I am a disabled veteran, paraplegic with a registered service animal. The front desk woman would not rent me a room. I will be contacting an attorney for discrimination. It is against the law to deny a disabled individual with a disability and a service animal 🐕🦺
I was worried looking at the reviews of this place, but it really wasn’t bad at all. It was clean, there wasn’t a weird smell, and this place clearly isn’t outdated. It’s nearby a ton of places to eat. Free breakfast and all. No bugs.
