The customer service from the lady at the front desk is excellent. Every time my son has stayed there, she always has a smile and gives a warm welcome back greeting! Rooms are clean every time with Continental breakfast and available vending machines. Staff is always friendly and is willing to go above and beyond with everything.

Had a great stay this last weekend!!! Thank you so much.staff was great. We forgot items and spoke to Chris and she was able to locate the items and will be sending them to us! Stephanie was great as well! Thank you both so much for making our stay so wonderful! Have been here before which is why we came back and we will definitely be planning our stays here for the future as well! Keep up the great work!!!!

I reserved through the Wyndham app and decided to stay for the water park. We get there and check In. Easy parking , staff was very cheery and kind, explained about breakfast, the salsa bar place and their house bar. We had kind of a lengthy walk to our room. No biggie, us and the kiddo changed to go swimming. To our surprise we get there and the pool is closed. Hmm walked back up to the room and called guest services and asked about the pool. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I drove all night from Houston, were very tired and were just looking for a place to sleep for a few hours, we rented a room which we couldn't even stay in because it had not been cleaned. The bed was not made, sheets were not changed, there were empty soda bottles on the bedside table, no one had come by to clean the room that had been vacated and rent to us, we asked for a refund and left, it been 2 weeks and still no refund which we were told would take 3 days send... read more

I was staying at the Ramada Inn in Butte for over 5 months due to all of a sudden finding myself homeless. I have stayed in five different motels in Butte over the last four years and felt very lucky to have the opportunity to choose the Ramada Inn. Super friendly front desk staff. Housekeepers are limited but doing their best. I was surprised by how friendly everyone was. Just a family trip to Wild Adventures. Price was good, clean room, hot shower and a small but adequate breakfast.
