The hotel is clean,but the air conditioner was very loud . Too loud to sleep with it on. The noise from other people slamming doors and talking near our window went on till 1 am. I do not recommend this hotel

If I could give negative stars I would. Upon arrival the smell at this hotel was enough to make one cringe. Then to get to your room and the floors are gross. We had travelled 14 hours to arrive at our other hotel which was double booked so we ended up here. Which was a HUGE mistake. We thought oh we are tired give ourselves rest it will be better in the morning. WRONG when I woke up I felt something in our bed. To find a spoon under our sheets. My daugther and I reserved a room at 5pm for Saturday august 29th and told them we were going to be late. They gave us only a 1hr window to cancel which was fine until we came up to an accident at 10:30pm on the highway that completely closed the highway for 5hrs. We were still 3.5hrs away from town at that point. Our cell service was very minimal so I got my wife who was at home, to call and see if we could cancel because we didn't know how long we were going to be stuck on the highway for.
