When I checked in, the fee was suddenly $100.00 more than quoted. Couldn't move to another motel so late in the day. The fee charged when checking in, I was told included the pet fee. When viewing the credit card, they charged the pet fee before I even checked in. When calling to discuss the high fee, the receptionist just said that is what it is and hung up.
Staff was initially annoyed that we had booked thru a third party…. Eventually adjusted our room (ground floor) as we did not want to tackle stairs for a second floor room
Good clean place to stay very accommodating
