Room was clean... only 3 towels for 4 people. Elevator broke, couldn't swap for a main floor room... my elderly in laws was with us and 3 flights of stairs was tremendously hard for the mother in law who has parkinsons. To late to cancel room. The room was clean, beds were hard. It was midnight when we arrived so it is what it is. We do not use Expedia or booking. Com....I call these hotels personally, but of course it's a foreigner who always answers and we can never understand each other.
The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean, but there were quite a few inconveniences. The elevators were out of service, and with my knee problems, walking up three flights of stairs was tough. The microwave was difficult to plug in, and the clock in the room wasn’t set. On the plus side, the A/C worked well, and the shower pressure was great. However, there was only one set of towels, and my room key didn’t work for the side door.
