Something is seriously wrong here. The hotel manager said that if a room is booked through Booking.com, he will deliberately give one of the worst rooms, making it impossible for guests to stay comfortably for the night. He clearly stated that if we want a clean and decent room, we must book directly at the hotel reception. His behavior was extremely arrogant and unprofessional.
