I don’t even think this deserves one star. It deserves zero terrible service. The lady was so rude wouldn’t even call a cab charge. Charged us half the deposit said room was messy when I even wipe the tables down like an i supposed to sweep the damn floors the fridge didn’t work TV didn’t work. microwave was broken. I tried to ask the lady at the front desk some thing and she was just laughing on the phone and completely ignored me. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

The rooms were clean and cozy. House keeping made sure all bedding and towels were clean. The only downside was the service. I stood at the front desk multiple times waiting to be helped as no one was around. I also booked on booking.com which stated breakfast was included. However due to renovation(or so they claim on their website) there was no breakfast. Yes, the area was rough but that was to be expected. Everything was great otherwise. Would stay again for sure.

Room disgusting. Do not book here at least the front desk was nice but the whole hotel sketchy and dirty. Cancelled my room and book it somewhere else

Arrived to a very rude desk person and the lobby had a very bad smell and was not presentable. Bad vibes from thus place so I canceled my reservation and left ASAP. I was still charged for the stay even tho I had until 6pm to at least get half of what I paid for. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
