The worse ! If I could give zero starts I will ! And they deleted my previous review ! Wow ! That is against the law !
The brunette lady at the front desk had horrible customer service and I paid the 100$ deposit and I couldn't even stay in my room and no where on there booking did it say you had to be 21 and I still haven't gotten a refund after she said I would and the floors were dirty and the lobby looked horrific and smell ed disgusting.
It really seemed good, but when I entered the room it smelled like cat pee and there were cat hairs all over the room!! Unfortunately I don't recommend it!!!
I booked this hotel for a full week, and honestly, it was a very bad experience. From day one, the room was dirty and no cleaning was ever done during my entire stay. No bed changes, no bathroom cleaning, and absolutely no housekeeping service at all. In simple terms—there is no service. The worst part: my $100 security deposit has still not been refunded, even though I was told it would be returned within a week.
