Dirty. Not friendly. Not helpful. Breakfast was okay mostly bread. Bad coffee. Didn't trust the elevator and it was filthy
The service is very bad, and they find all kinds of reasons not to refund the deposit.
My bed is hard as a rock. Myred things wrong with the room. Nothing terrible. Carpet, that goes up the wall a little at the bottom has come out. And there are nails showing priceways, it's good location is good. Our window does not lock to the outside. It can be opened
Breakfast is included. However, when we went down at 7 AM there were no forks, milk, only 2 or 3 yogurts and coffee was not in the jugs. Saw a coffee maker that was on so we push brew and got yelled at by the lady because coffee kept dripping and made a mess. Wish there was a sign indicating not to operate. Right after it happened to us, another guest did the same thing. Beds are lumping and room smelled like cigarettes. No TV remote. Instead of providing a remote they moved us to another room.
