We have been staying here for over two years at least once per month. Never have had an issue. This last trip was a different story. Found food that had been left from who knows how long ago. Brought it to the manager attention. Nothing but excuses were given that the housekeeper is new and training, she only bought the property 3 months ago. The first room given to us was a non smoking room that smelled heavily if cigarettes when we checked in, and the AC was broken. They let us switch rooms but that room was just as bad if not worse. While it didn't smell like cigarettes, the door hinge was broken, the bathroom was dirty, there are patches in the tub, the toilet seat was broken, stains all over the carpet, MOLD ON THE CEILING, food still in the fridge, the towels smelled bad, the "tile" floor was sticky and the sink barely worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. That being said, we originally booked a single king room, but the room reeked of cigarettes and the AC didn't work. The photos and video are from the two queen room that was substituted. Mold on the ceiling, cigarette burns all over the carpet, cracks in the tub, the toilet seat isn't fully secured, the door actuator is broken, and there's stuff left in the fridge from who knows how long ago... If you can afford to stay at another place, I strongly recommend you do.

Location is fine, felt safe. Only interacted with the service desk lady who was very kind. Giving one star for quality. Mold on the ceiling and walls of our room (211). Clearly painted over in the past. Bathroom had drywall exposed and chipping off. Looked like black mold on bed sheets that were washed. Only decaf coffee in room with no coffee cups provided.
