Because I was a IHG member they were able to waive the deposit and that made everything else run smoothly I was in town to get diagnosed because happy my face was paralyzed and I was very upset and scared. the front desk even have me some bandaids to tape my eye closed so it didn't dry out while I slept. the room was clean, breakfast was delicious and waiving the deposit saved me some added stress during a time I really needed it. Thank you!
