Comfortable room, easy check-in, great location for our stay in Roseburg. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but we were allowed to use the pool after our check-out, so quiet swim/spa experience before we hit the road home
Clean, quiet, functional rooms. Everything makes sense in layout and works well. I don't know if all the rooms are ADA, but ours was and if I had my mother with us it would have worked well for someone with limited mobility.
It was a hotel. Nothing outstanding about the hotel. Nothing terrible about the hotel
Service desk needs to get more training regarding customer service. Please understand that your customers can be easily turned away with an dismissive attitude by the front desk. Once again... attitude is everything. Peace.
Staff is very helpful. Thoughtful of making sure our other family members' rooms were close
