Room was clean. Staff was ok. Unfortunately their system was down for in house reservations- which I didn’t think I needed at first until a glitch in the AAA system messed up my reservation. They told me to get back on another site to book the room, since it would be cheaper than the main webpage or through them directly. Don't recommend anyone who visits Roseburg Orgean to stay at this hotel if you have children or a family. Don't even recommend your husbands to travel alone and stay here. The housekeeping obviously seems to have a pleasure of entertaining the married men in there rooms when bosses ain't watching. This is extremely inappropriate unprofessional and extremely disgusting to know that you have females going into rooms to do more then just clean and leave linen. Honestly this is a great budget friendly place. The rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfy, nice shower and tub combo, and they have a pool. The breakfast is more grab and go foods but great that it is there. Staff are amazing and super helpful. Definitely will be back when we a place to stay in town.
