This 5 star rating is specifically for Jae who works the front desk. She is not only super professional but is also the nicest person! My interaction with Jae took place during the very early hours of the morning and she was so bright eyed and eager to help me out, I was so grateful! Super 8 is so lucky to have her as an employee, so I hope they make her feel as appreciated as much as I appreciate her! Thank you again Jae!!
Found the rooms and hotel itself to be clean and accommodating. We accidentally left a ring in the bathroom on the sink, and called a few hours after checking out. We spoke to Cara and Ines with the front desk, and they told us Amanda R. with housekeeping found the ring and set it aside. They then mailed home to us, and the ring got home in perfect condition in practically no time. We appreciate it so much! Thanks!
So the only reason why I didn't give rooms five stars it looks fishy if you stay five stars to everything but we're always so quick to say the negative I try to look at the positive, Brandie, Joanne, Ines, Kayla and Cara, deliver every time. We stayed just one night, traveling by. The room was dirty, showered was moldy with a broken panel, close to freeway, very noisy, couldn’t leave window open and A/C was very noisy. The price was too expensive for the hotel. Would not stay there again.
Way over priced for an out dated hotel room. Felt dirty. Furniture was old and it smelled terrible. I unfortunately had a room on the Hwy 97 side and it was very noisy. Definitely will never stay again.
