Ines was a great person the time being in the hotel. Always polite and helpful when as a question or concerns always helping.
My truck broke down outside of Redmond. The Super 8 had a room available at a much lower rate than other hotels in the area. Staff was super nice and helpful. They had laundry facilities so I had clean clothes, walking distance for food. Clean room and comfortable bed. When my truck was ready for pickup they called Redmond Taxi to take me to get it. They even paid for it. This was not at all expected, however, a very nice surprise. Thank you fir helping to make a bad experience better.
