Very impressed by the staff, especially Joanne. I booked 2 consecutive nights at this location, but did one night via phone and the other online so I could utilize points. The staff made adjustments so we didn't have to check out and back in, and were able to stay in the same room. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was very limited but free. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will say they served the best coffee I have had at any hotel in the lobby. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was with outlets near the bed. The rooms need to be updated to accommodate chargers for technology near the beds. Otherwise a standard room for the price. Joanne was outstanding and helping Us book a room and giving us insight to a wonderful local restaurant. She made our stay extremely enjoyable and we appreciate Joanne as an amazing professional employee and now friend.
We had a very good experience. Cleaning service staff were excellent, polite , respectful people. Rosa was very helpful even though we didn’t request any cleaning. She always asked we needed anything. The breakfast was simple & good. The sunset from the FAIRGROUNDS just minutes away ( we were there for the first ever Reggae Rise Up in Oregon & former music promoters we loved the scenery) was simply magical, majestic & incredible & something to behold.
