The front desk man was rude and made us pay extra money for a pet fee that was NOT included in the website or the booking info!! The toilet seat was broken in our room! No elevator and expect guests with lots of luggage to carry it all upstairs!! Could have given us a first floor room. The muffins and donuts for breakfast are stale and old! The beds are like sleeping on rocks! Bought a Smoking room, and in a weed legal state, but can’t smoke in the room.
