The staff were great. Our room on the other hand was not the best. The lighting was very dim and half the lights didn’t work and made the room feel like a cave. The door to the outside was messed up and had a huge opening under it making it feel unsafe and let cold air in. Refrigerator was loud and breakfast left a little to be desired. Found out later could have paid the same and had better room and breakfast

Room was okay. Needed some simple maintenance. Mold on the caulk bead along the bathroom floor. Scratches on the bathroom door. We had noisy neighbors who would stand outside their outside access door and talk loudly. This happened twice. The first time we called the front desk and they responded quickly and they noise stopped. Second time someone else called and they were talked to and quieted right away. Both instances were dealt with by the same afternoon/evening person at the front desk. We appreciated her efforts!!

Please come up with a standard policy for late check out requests. This is a common request for hotels. This is the only hotel I ever stayed at that employees are clueless about the request. They tell you to call back at 7am and speak to a manager. You would think having the Super 8 name it would already have something in place.
