My in laws just came to Paris to visit for a few days and chose this hotel, but I doubt they will ever stay again. Just to name a couple things that happened over two days. There was food left in microwave from previous people staying in room and it wasn’t just any kind of food, it was a captain D’s bag of fish, yuck ! Then on morning of checkout was the worst. This day was fantastic. Everybody was so nice. The room was clean. I would stay here again no problems.
What's the point of putting a "Do not disturb" sign on the door if housekeeping is going to wake me up by banging on the door 2 hours before checkout?? Also, the breakfast is awful here. The waffle mix alternates between watery and clumpy and the coffee tastes burned.
Malinda greeted us the first night. She was very friendly and helpful! After we got to our room, our TV did not work. We were on the main floor and did not want to go upstairs so we stayed in our room and the very next day, she had already exchanged our TV and got the remote working for us. We stayed four nights and it was so nice to see Malinda every night. She has a very warm personality and smile, and we really enjoyed talking with her!! We plan on staying here again, just because of her kindness and friendliness!
When we arrived at the room the room was 85 degrees, and it was 90+ outside so it took forever to cool down. The beds are full size beds NOT queens and the last night of our stay we had a roach in our bathroom. Motel could use some updating as the hallway did not have air and they had a fan in the hallway to circulate the air. Breakfast ends at 9:00. Should have stayed down the street at Quality Inn.
