I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, which was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The property was in poor condition, with dirty carpets throughout the room, hallways, and stairs. I asked them for a couple of items and every time they got me what i needed quickly, plus, when i forgot my book at the hotel, they thank fully found it for me. They were suoer friendly.

There is a mini fridge, microwave and tv. But for me only the tv was plugged in, struggled to get the others working. There is not much light( two small lights for a whole room). The beds are ‘smaller’ somehow if even legal and the PILLOWS ARE NOT CLEAN. There is no breakfast that’s a lie. Only a ‘snack bag’ which the lady I waited 15, minutes for kindly gave me. Old and out dated . Ugly bath rooms, dirty carpets and wet mold smell . Not bug for my 2 nights a plus. And cheapest around but definitely could improve in areas
