This is the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at in years. Staff were friendly, but there doesn't seem to be any managerial oversight. Dirty linens, grease stains on the bedspread, hairs on the bathroom floor, one section of rug that was actually sticky, refrigerator needing defrosting, downspout laying on the ground for entire 4 days, homeless people in the entrance. Worst was no coffee or juice for 3 of the 4 days, and staff seemed proud when they finally offered it the last day of my stay. Would not recommend in any way.
Jennifer is extremely sweet and such a hard worker the housekeepers can definitely step their game up I've been here for almost a week and never had a knock on the door for service
