They gave us a burned comforter to then say we burned it at the end and charged us for something we didn't do.

Best motel stay I’ve had in a very long time. I’ll start with the “bad”: it’s clearly a dated facility. The halls do smell and are humid. They do their best with the dehumidifiers. The good: the rooms are very clean. The lobby is really cute. Has a simple breakfast area if you please to partake. The great: Jenny and Nercida!! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jenny. She is very personable, cares for her guests and takes the time to tell you about the hotel and the area. After checking in, I was given a hotel room that had no working a/c. I met with the Service manager and just like that, he dropped everything and went straight to the room. He stated that a/c is down and within 5 minutes he worked with Jenny and got us another room with no issues. The rooms are great.
