This hotel rules were like nothing I have heard of but we followed the rules and then 7 hours after check out after spending six days at this property I was charged a 56 dollar fee because my room had to be vacuumed.I reached out to the assistant on duty who was rude and hung up on me after telling me she had to close the room for the evening to deep clean the carpet Jenny also said that she had a video showing that the damage to the carpet in the room but now it is 8 o’clock at night and I still have not received this so-ca... read more
Worst service and the room smelled awful
Kim greeted us at the front desk. She was very friendly and told us about how the hotel is supporting Toys for Tots. The box was full of toys. She said hey had already donated many more boxes of toys. Of course we donated to Toys for Tots.
