Terrible experience, we stayed twice and only due to my daughter having to be admitted into childrens hospital due to being VERY sick the first time and having gallbladder surgery the 2nd, we were treated TERRIBLE by 2 staff members the women and one of the men (not the one that checked us in another one) the first time housekeeping and this lady came up and basically pushed us out of our room. The location isn't horrible although it's a twist and a turn to get here. The room is clean yes, however the a/c or heat unit can't be controlled from inside the room and it's the noisiest we've ever heard. The new pet trend sucks because we could hear a dog barking all night. We try to good and leave positive reviews. This time all we can really say is it's cleanish... This would not be our first choice to come back too....
