Room was in poor condition, there’s a window that is smacking against the pane all night. Super loud and disruptive.
The staff are very friendly and rooms are an affordable price with free breakfast.
After trying to cancel a reservation due to a canceled event, Wyndham CS told me a refund was going to be issued and then backed off. I called the front desk and then "FD" was rude and told to have corporate call again. I created a customer case only to be told again it was my fault and no refund was going to be issued. Do not stay here or any Wyndham, poor service and plain lies with no regard for customers.
We had a great stay. Every employee we saw was very polite and helpful. Rooms were a little small but cozy. I absolutely loved the curtains. The only thing that was lacking was there was no coffee offered all day after breakfast and no coffee in the room. Breakfast was good, could use a little protein thrown in there though. All and all it was a good stay and would definitely stay again if I come back to the area.
