We booked online. When we got there we were greeted kindly. When we went to our room there was a foul smell, dirt on the floor, mold in the fridge and freezer, including shower walls. Mold and old food inside and outside of microwave and coffee stain dripping down the wall by the blow dryer. Hair in the sheets among other things. We went to the office and asked for a refund and was told we would be granted a full refund and are still awaiting a refund and the owner Doug is now dodging our calls. Bath was dirty..advertised breakfast on booking.com but no breakfast..wouldn't recommend
I arrived at about 10:15pm went to room the light switch didn't work it was dark in there, so I went to front desk told the guy there he said" yeah we know just go in and use the lamp" I said I can't even see in there, he replied sorry and walked away. I got into room to find a large either plastic/wax stain on carpet. Holes in bathroom wall along with trim coming off. It wasn't worth the $70 1x stay.
It started off by having to stand there for 25 min because no one was at the front desk. A customer come up that was staying there and said that he thinks there was someone coming in for the afternoon shift and they should be there any minute, but the one that was on shift was probably in his room, sleeping taking a nap! Finally, the young man showed up for his shift after 3 o’clock he was very nice very helpful very professional. He got me checked in gave me my keys.
