So....... I showed up to check in to this hotel. I had 1 question. Will there be roaches in my room. You would think the quick answer would be NO. She was speechless. She said if I was so picky I should go to another hotel. NO ROACHES. Is that picky. Then said I would have to pay for the first night if I canceled. Because she couldn't tell me that NO there would be no ROACHES. I will be back with more. I need to find a.hotel with no roaches
They do not deserve your business. They truly deserve 0 stars. bad customer service, bad attitude, uneducated people, bad management. This was the first time I did business with them, and will be the last time I will do business with a “Smart” company. How can they survive? They need a new owner management.
This place was insanely noisy at night! I'm guessing other occupants were smoking because it came straight into our room. The Breakfast offering was decent enough but no cups for juice.
