EXTREMRLY INCONSIDERATE EMPLOYEES! I Wish I could rate it (Zero), You see late December 2019 my mother & I rented a room there for one night. Everything seemed fine until 1 am when I started feeling shortness of breath & experienced lightheadedness while going to bed. Rented out the last bottom room so didn't have handicap availability, which I think is illegal. Refused to refund until escalated with Expedia. Stay away
The service here is the very worst.The hostess must have a degree in how to be rude to guest. Wish I could rate it a -10.
I always stay here when I need to be in Lake Charles. The rooms are clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have no complaints! Breakfast is also nice. This will continue to be our go-to place to stay in the area.
