The clerk, I believe his name was Scott, was very rude. First, our reservation was not in the system. He made us feel like we were stupid and pretty much acted like we were lying about even making the reservation. Said we were probably at the wrong hotel. Did not make us feel welcome. Other than that issue, the room was clean. There was no hair dryer, so we borrowed one from the front desk the next morning. I don't know if I'll go back or not.
