I traditionally do not stay at Days Inn. I have had horrible experiences in two different states over the past 20 years. this Days Inn was better than the other two. I stayed there because my uncle made the reservations without checking with me first. However, if you have children do not stay here. the staff was good. Pool not working. grounds tattered and under repair. It is an extended stay environment with families living there. My room was surprisingly clean and my refrigerator worked. We had a terrible experience at Baymont Hotel. The room smelled so bad it was impossible to sleep, and there were no other rooms available. It was midnight, and we were traveling with family—where were we supposed to go? I contacted Expedia, but they said cancellations must happen within 15 minutes of check-in. That policy was never communicated, and neither Expedia nor the hotel staff helped us. Expedia eventually said the hotel agreed to refund one night and gave me a $25 OneKeyPass. Follow up to my last review. I contacted the hotel manager on Sept. 16 and asked her if she needed my credit card number in order to issue a refund. She said no and that she was busy. Well, it has now been over 2 weeks, and I have yet to get my refund. And I have had no further communication from the manager!

horrible customer service. the men at the front desk were so rude. they hung up on me twice. I booked a room on behalf of my company for someone else to stay and I was treated badly by the front desk.

The absolute dirtiest and filthiest place I hane ever booked.  The bathroom had hair on the walls.  The room smelled.  We had to sleep in our car because of the smell.

So where do I begin? Lets start with the negatives: check-in person was rude when checking in, older lady in lobby clearly passed out in chair and she was clearly seen and this was probably due to drug use, truck stop is very close so transient people walking around everywhere outside and apparently inside also, property needs to be maintained much much better for example it is clearly outdated and lots of things needs repaired, bring your own pillows because there will be only half sized pillows on the bed which will NOT be... read more

One of WORST places I have ever stayed!! At check in there was no one there so you had to call a number that was posted on the door. When the staff member finally got there, she reeked of pot. There was no maid service the entire 4 days I was there. I couldn't even get an extra pillow. Lots of shady people hanging around in the guest parking area. Having stayed here before without major problems, my husband and I decided to stay here again. Big mistake! The first room we were given had a nonfunctioning TV or coffee maker. So we were given a different room. In that room the refrigerator was full of water and not working. So, my husband had to put his insulin in the fridge by the check in desk. When I went to make coffee there were 4 coffee pods next to the coffee maker. Unfortunately, 2 of them had already been used! Also, there was a coffee pod still in the machine! I... read more
