I would like to be very CLEAR the conduct at this location is beyond unacceptable. I booked the reservation in advance so situations will not arise. I received confirmation the day before of room number 227 in which I sent a message in advance that we will be traveling and will get to the hotel later that night. If I could give this place less than one star I would . But as you can see this place is a painted and re decorated 1970’s smokers hotel . They say that the room doesn’t allow smokers but let me tell you it was rough smelling . The window had zero visible glass for safety . This was the worst experience we ever had as adults. This hotel is absolutely nasty. Mold and Mildew. Trash over flowing on the ground. The bathroom is just nasty. The TV didn’t work. Never again and you shouldn’t either. Almost $400 for two nights.

First let me say that I travel extensively across the world so I know that places can have bad days and I am really flexible, but this is way past a bad day. This was not a healthy place for me or my daughter to stay. Here are a few reasons why: Though the last big snowfall was days prior, nothing was shoveled. A US$100 security deposit was charged at check-in at La Quinta Orlando South, with the promise it would be refunded after check-out. The refund was never processed, and I received no explanation from the hotel. Very disappointing experience. I am still waiting for my money back

Mr. Shah is one of the nicest manager at the Super 8 motel on Carmen Rd in Schenectady. He always accommodated us in a friendly and helpful manner! I know this motel had bad press in the past, but Mr. Shah changed it to a better place to stay. I would definitely give this Super 8 a 5 Star Rating, Including Mr. Shah!!!!

The breakfast was good. Everything else was another matter. I woke up in the morning to see that I had been sleeping in a dried up pool of MENSTRUAL BLOOD. Not only do they not change the sheets, they don't even check for soiled linen. In the morning I told the desk clerk that my reservation was made by my granddaughter and that she forgot to ask for my military discount. The desk clerk wrote a new bill and printed me a receipt.
