The rooms were the best we had during our trip to Yellowstone.
BED BUGS. Terrible experience. Stayed for one night in a dirty and smelly room and was devoured by bed bugs. Called half a dozen times over the next few weeks trying to get refunded and was blown off every time. Willing to forgive the bugs, but worst customer experience possible.
Not impressed at all the room was dirty and my bed was broken been waiting to see about a refund and still nothing could not flush the toilet with out Useing a plunger also no hot water
When I arrived, I noticed several people who did not appear to be hotel guests in the parking lot, observing the cars coming in and out. It felt a bit uncomfortable
Bed Bugs!!!!
