Great place to get some rest. They provide great coffee for breakfast. Customer service is amazing and centeral location near fairgrounds, makes for good location. Iwould recommend this Super 8 to anyone visiting our city of Jackson.
This was absolutely the worst motel I have ever been in We didn’t get to the motel til around 3a.m. When we finally got a room that had a door key to it the room was dirty Sheets looked dirty, floor was dirty and the room was about 90 degrees I went to the office and ask for another room That one wasn’t much better It was about 4 by then and we were exhausted We went ahead and took it You could hear the people across the hail real good The amount we paid for this dump was too high to begin with then they charged us extra bec... read more
Do not stay here. Rooms are nasty and you will be charged for it. They require a deposit and I used my card for it and now they say that I did not stay there. Also the rooms have mold. The towels that were in there were black and had blood on them. My coworker and myself got sick from there.
To give a one is very generous. Elevator was something out of a horror movie. Your feet literally stick to the floor. There are roaches. Filthy sheets, walls, furniture. Just because you don't pay a lot to stay should not be grounds for filth. Asked for a refund and was told 3 to 5 business days. We were only there 15 minutes!! Worst motel ever!
Disgusting! My 79 year old grandmother and I stopped to get a room for a few hours after driving for 18+ hrs and it being too late (after midnight) to book an Airbnb. The gals working were very nice and professional, but the rest, soooo bad......First off, after already booking the room, I tried to use the bathroom by the main lobby, but it was so nasty. You could seriously barely even see yourself in the mirror because it was so dirty, theres absolutely NO WAY it had even attempted to be washed in at minimum several months.... read more
