To my dismay after riding all day the hotel didn't deserve even a 1star rating. Walked in luggage cart laying on floor in parts with tools nearby. Walked down long dirty carpet hallway to elevator. Reluctantly, when in room mildew very visible all around bathroom door. Comforters stains on both beds, shade stained hanging of lamp, other rooms had cleaning supplies mops etc scattered on floor, look like bullet holes in TV screen, the stink is still in my nose and itching all over. Ok location but the hotel smells bad from the hallway, to the elevator to the room, The room was used and not cleaned, the TV did not work, customer service was not customer friendly. Mold was all over the room, the roof had a leak over the toilet that dripped on my head as I used the restroom, the sink faucet was so loose that you have to use two hands to turn it on and keep one on it to hold it up while you use it. Don’t stay here unless you have a 5.00 garden tool you chilling with for a hr. This place was so disgusting I felt like I was being held hostage all night I have never left a hotel 4 am I couldn’t wait until it was time to go. Bathroom nasty the whole place was discussing roaches everywhere just nasty!!
