I wasn't comfortable with my stay here, didn't feel clean and hard a weird smell. The person at the desk was very nice. Oh, I feel it was over priced for the condition it was in.
Very disappointed in our stay. The pictures did not look like them at all when we got there. There was a huge stain on the bed sheet. The room smelt like piss and cigarettes. So we decided to get another hotel because we were not going to stay there another night.
We were traveling to Havre to bury my partner's grandfather. We booked a room for the deceased's son, his granddaughter (my partner), and his 2 great-granddaughters. We were promised a suite with 3 beds. When we got there, we discovered that the room we had booked weeks in advance did not exist. They would not change our booking, and instead said they would refund the money and we could book 2 other rooms. The refund never came through.
