I have been calling for the past 3 days and literally just got hung up on and now they are not answering at the front desk....they charged us $115 for room deposit and it hasn't been released even tho the room has been paid for and processed...don't understand how the deposit has not been released when the lady said it wld be back on card that same day....shitty ass customer service and won't stay here again.
Made a reservation day of our stay (there was a convention in town so all hotels were booked) with one desk clerk over the phone. Made a point to say we may not make it but they assured me if I didn’t make it would be fine and I wouldn’t be charged. I didn’t end up making it. Well here I am a few days later and I got charged. I called and spoke to the “manager” and explained my situation and she was just rude and said there was no one else for me to talk to. No!! Never again. We were in town on last minute business and our usual hotel wasn't available due to an event. The pictures on hotel.com look decent. Never again.
