This hotel discriminates against people who live within ((( 65 ))) miles from them. Super 8 had 3 opportunities to contact me about this hotel's unethical policy. They emailed me to confrirm the reservation, they took my C.C. payment, and emailed me to fill out all my infromation, (aka) my drivers license with my address on it. I sent them everything they asked for day(s) before check in. My husband and I went to check in and they told us, NO! !! ; (
Wishing I had read these reviews instead of the Expedia reviews. Check in person was ok. However, she had a bit of an attitude when I asked to have my husband sign the paperwork because my arm was in a sling. I would have signed if she had offered to move to the lower counter and I let her know that. My husband killed an ant crawling on the dresser in the room. Everything was great except a noisy neighbor upstairs for one night. Not really the fault of the hotel.
