I JUST BELIEVE IN BRINGING MY OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES, BUT FLOOR WAS DIRTY UPON ENTERING, ROOM FELT STICKY THE ENTIRE STAY AND YES I USED THE LEAKING AC UNIT. MOLD IS A MAJOR ISSUE I STAYED IN ROOM 217. I WASHED MY OWN LINEN BC IT WAS DIRTY UPON CHECK IN AS WELL. TOP BLANKET MUST DONT GET CHANGED OUT TO OFTEN. I ASKED FOR AN IRON AND MANAGEMENT TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE THEM FOR GUEST. SO I SIMPLY WENT TO WORK EACH DAY WRINKLE. YOU HAVE TO EAT THEIR COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST IN THE AREA ASSIGNED.....
