Expérience absolument inacceptable. Dès l’entrée, le lobby dégage une odeur nauséabonde. L’endroit est complètement dépassé et visiblement négligé. La chambre est encore pire : forte odeur de moisissure et d’humidité qui prend au nez et rend l’air difficile à respirer. On ne parle pas d’un léger désagrément, mais d’un problème évident d’entretien. Le matelas est complètement défoncé, inconfortable au point d’empêcher de dormir. Not good, very bad customer service in my opinion and room was cold. Flimsy room, good to Comfort Inn for better.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Terrible service at the front desk, no help with getting a refund, laundry list of reasons they have to keep your deposit and trying to ask for double what had been asked for in a deposit Called our booking agency and they were happy to give us a refund. The front desk scammer refused to cooperate with them and tried to act like he knew nothing about it and he was a new worker to the company, after us arriving to his wife and kids in the lobby and kid screaming and crying.
