The staff are rude and very inconsiderate, I would not recommend this hotel if you have any small children with you. They do not clean the room when you ask them to, always have an excuse for being lazy. The front house staff don't think of the guests
Rooms were great and comfortable ,had a great gym and pool with slide ,and breakfast .. heads up on the $500 dollar deposit so no surprises little excessive if you ask me but whatever. My biggest problem is kids stay here as well and the staff allows people to drink in the lobby and stairways. Leaving half full calls beers in lobby and empties in the stairways .unacceptable in my opinion.then needed a replacement card and when gave my room key tried it didn't work told the lady and she said I gave the wrong room number .I kn... read more
